I have an i9-11900K with a Noctua NH-D15 and a ASUS ROG Strix Z590-E motherboard. I'm curious what a good temperature range for this setup is both idle and under load. - When idling in Fan Standard mode (1-5%) My Core temps average ~40-42C. - When I turn the fans to Full Speed and run the CPU-Z benchmark, the motherboard throttles down the 4
The package hits a TDP of 240w very quickly. Youtube videos confirm that the NH D15 can't keep the 12900K under 100°c under full load. Of course, this isn't a problem in real life scenario. My setup is 100 quiet when not under load (office work) & gaming is silent too. Only stress-testing the system throttles the cpu. The NH-D15S chromax.black is an all-black version of Noctua’s award-winning NH-D15S premium-quality quiet CPU cooler. Thanks to the same asymmetrical dual-tower heatsink design and single NF-A15 PWM fan, it stays true to the NH-D15S’s successful formula of fusing dual-tower performance with excellent RAM, case and PCIe compatibility.

Not review, but I have Noctua NH-D15 coupled with 13700K (2x A15 intake, 2x A14 exhaust w/ Fractal Meshify 2). I can't say too much about comparison with AIO, but here are couple of my usage scenarios: Light browsing, code editing, etc.: ~30c, fans not audible at all. Gaming: around ~60c. CPU fans audible, but not that loud.

Among many other products, Noctua has unveiled the highly-anticipated 2nd Generation NH-D15 CPU air cooler at Computex. The new cooler provides a much-needed update to the NH-D15, which . 687 552 815 826 505 264 58 605
