Right Click and Hold to aim your Bow, left click to Fire. While not aiming, tapping left click has your mount do an attack. Double tapping has your mount turn around and donkey kick. Then there's the jump off and attack, but forgot what key. I do believe some of those are unlocked as you level though through the skill system.

More seriously, Horizon has a big beautiful world, lots of lore - mostly through collectables, which give them a purpose. And combat is really fun when you have lots of tools at your disposal.
